USES:
NICE Straightening Cum Cutting off machine are used wherever wire
is further processed in the form of rod and where accurate
straightening of coiled wire, clean cut, close length tolerances and
high output are of importance. They are widely used in industries,
concerned with manufacturer of Locks, Umbrellas, Electrodes, Gas
Welding Rods, Toy fan Cover, Kitchen Ware, scooter accessories, Auto
Parts, Rib & Tore Steel Wire, Aluminum, Copper, Brass, S.S.Wire &
PVC Wire etc.
OPERATIONS:
The feed roller withdraw the Wire Coil through the cut-off bush
into a guide rail where it abuts against an adjustable wire stop
which releases the cutting operation. The cut wire piece fall into a
collecting tray.
THE STRAIGHTENING:
The straightening function is performed by 5 straightening blocks
which are adjustable and contains a simple to use straighter round
let the use to make replacement to his own work.
THE CUTTING OFF:
The cutting off tools is of a simple construction, easy to adjust.
Extra cutting knives and nipples are always available.
WIRE COLLECTION:
On all machines (Models) the base extension is provide with wire
collectors.
